Shipping and Handling
All online purchases are shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, CA at a flat rate of $7.00 to the United States. Orders will be processed within 1 or 2 business days, not including holidays. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for domestic shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Custom Orders
We are not set up for custom orders at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
At Love & Piece Jewelry we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will accept exchanges, credits or refunds by mail within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale or discounted items, or custom/altered/personalized items are not returnable or eligible for exchange or credit. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (including tracking) and the item must be sent back in it's original unused condition with all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches included in the return. The receipt of purchase must also be included.
To make a return, please email info@loveandpiecejewelry.com with your name, product name, and reason for return or exchange. We do not cover the cost of return shipments. Your order will be refunded/exchanged (minus original shipping costs) within 5 business days after it arrives back to the studio in it's original condition. Please note that we can't process refunds/exchanges/credits more than 30 days after the date of purchase (not the date of shipment).
Care and Repairs
Jewelry is fragile and should be handled with care. With that said, Love & Piece is happy to fix any broken jewelry. Repairs are accepted but may be subject to a fee based on the extent of the damage. Please contact info@loveandpiecejewelry.com to request a repair and receive an estimate. Please note that we do not cover the cost of repair shipping either way.
